Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theknottycraftersllc.com and CA Enhancer, a browser extension and notification service for ConsignorAccess/SimpleConsign consignment vendors, both operated by The Knotty Crafters, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a New Hampshire limited liability company.

By using our website or CA Enhancer, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who can use CA Enhancer

You must be at least 18 years old and have a legitimate ConsignorAccess/SimpleConsign vendor account to use CA Enhancer. You're responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

What CA Enhancer does

CA Enhancer is an independent tool that adds features to, and sends you notifications about, your existing ConsignorAccess/SimpleConsign vendor account. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for ConsignorAccess, SimpleConsign, or the consignment stores that use them. We can't guarantee the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of information from those third-party platforms, since we don't control them.

Subscriptions & billing

Premium features (including notifications, custom label printing, and sales history reporting) require a paid monthly subscription, billed through Stripe.
If a free trial is offered, a valid payment method is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged automatically.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

SMS & email notifications

Text Messaging Disclosure By opting in to SMS sale notifications, you agree to receive text messages related to your consignment sales activity and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use CA Enhancer to access any consignment store account you're not authorized to access, to attempt to disrupt or overload our systems or ConsignorAccess/SimpleConsign's systems, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of warranties

CA Enhancer is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that sale notifications will always arrive promptly or at all.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Knotty Crafters, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CA Enhancer, including missed or delayed notifications. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using CA Enhancer and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or misuses the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify active account holders directly.
